cheesecake factory greensboro, nc poor service&food problems

We were so looking forward to our girls lunch at the Cheesecake Factory . The rice was under cooked& they replaced it with undercooked rice. My friend never did get mayonnaise for her burger. The prices are above average and we expected the same in service and quality. There were so many different people who came to our table that we could not tell any were management. We did receive free cheesecake but it did not make up for how we felt when we left.
